Lived at the Grand Reserve for 2 years. It's a great community and the location is excellent. The floorplans are spacious, the pool is great and we loved having our own 2 car garage. Mgmt is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend.

We have loved living at The Grand Reserve! The town home and garage layout make it feel more like a home and we love the privacy and quiet community it provides! Maintenance issues are fixed quickly and all of the staff are very helpful and nice. We have had lots of friends live here that have loved it as well, and we would highly recommend living here!
If I could give this complex a zero star I would! This is by far the worse experience I've had with moving somewhere. I was offered by Aubree(Leasing Consultant), that she was chosen by the Property Manager(Mariyum). Every time I spoke with each lady, it was something different! The townhouses are really nice! The office staff is horrible and they LIE so much just to get you to apply!
Grand reserve are some of the greatest and nicest town homes I’ve visited in Dallas! I would recommend any and everyone to come love here! The staff are some orderly mannered and organized.
It has been a pleasure living here and we hope to stay for a long time! They were super accommodating with our move-in date, we’re super helpful and safe with repairs we needed even during quarantine times. It’s super quiet, neighbors are nice, and Jeff takes excellent care of the place!
