Never open on time and impossible to get a real person on the phone, I don't even think they setup their phone to take calls from outside the building.

They are supposed to open at 9 am. I was there at 9 and again 9:30 and they were closed
The appointment system is booked so far that it claims the next available appointment is beyond the point at which the sun is expected to expanand and swallow the earth.
I have to renew a license personally, want to make an appointment and can’t find out how to do it. Instructions are not helpful.
Went In for a new I'd, i was in and out in 20min.
