I've shopped at Petco for years and like their product line up. They have everything you would need for dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, etc. You can also adopt pets here, though I believe Cats are on special days. This location is good but could do better at making sure someone is at the checkout counter.

I came here with my pit bull puppy Kane to get his second set of shots and like ALWAYS I was greeted with a great staff. They had answers to ALL of my questions and were very nice
All the pets I get here have been super healthy, which is rare when it comes to chain pet stores. I know I've always been able to get help when I ask for. As for let care advice, I couldn't say, as I know my husbandry well. I recommend new pet owners (be it buying for themselves or their kids/loved ones) to always always ALWAYS double check information before buying a new pet and fact checking more critical information post buy and as things come up. Remember, pets aren't toys or accessories, they're living creatures and depend on you. Treat them how you would typically treat a newborn child. Happy husbandries, everyone.
I love their grand selection of items and how organized the store is all the time. Always a great place to take your dog too!
The bettas as shown are in a sorry state. Fungus, clamped fins and some had algae in their cups! That is insane just by itself. Poor souls- doomed to a death in a cup because of horrible misconceptions. I didn't see any fish meds there either! How does one decide to buy a fungus covered fish and be able to find the meds to treat it? I hope you enjoy welfare checks and being reported to the corporate office.
