Our experience with the installation of our heat/air unit was amazing. Kenji, our sales agent, was so professional. He explained everything and answered all of our questions/concerns. He put us to ease with his knowledge and concern.

Edit: Crawford still hasn't reached out to me like they said they would below. I've been with Crawford a couple of years. I'm on the annual plan. The last technician that came out in Jan2020 installed improper filters and didn't tell us. You can see in attached photos quite of bit of dust was getting around the filters and likely collected on our coil. I called and they said \sorry\ and that was it. Not happy. The last technician we got Richard, did a fantastic job cleaning units, taping vents, cleaning drain lines, topping off our units with Freon. I give some of their technicians 1 star and some 5 stars. I may change my review if they keep giving us Richard to service our units. I would suggest you purchase your own filters and do not rely on Crawford to do it.
Joe did a great job of going through the thorough process to make sure our 2 air conditioning units were properly functioning along with changing the filters.
Joe Gill has been repairing and maintaining my HVAC systems for the past several years. He is always professional, and helpful to explain my repair and ongoing maintenance options. I appreciate his honesty. Because of Joe, I renewed a 3 year service agreement, and will continue to use Crawford Services.
We recently had both a Lennox Gas Furnace and Lennox 5 ton A/C system installed in our home. After talking to numerous other HVAC companies and gathering bids, we are so happy we found Crawford Services and our sales rep, Kenji. From day one, we knew we had found the right company after Kenji performed his analysis of our existing system and issues. Although, we spend a few more dollars above the other bids, we could not be more pleased with the professional service we received from product knowledge to final installation. The installation process and the guys who did the install were so professional and knowledgeable. We are forever grateful we found Crawford Services and its team. We could not be happier with our decision and the Lennox system we installed.
