Excellent customer service! I called looking for some help identifying the old coke machine that I have. Not only did they patiently walk me through various ways of finding clues to the machine's identity, but also provided numerous super helpful tips along the way about how to get my machine up and running. All this and a history lesson of these vintage machines to boot!

I called to explain the problem I was having with my pinball machine and the guy who answered the phone was Jeff, he walked me through my problem with my machine, he was so polite and patience and he explained everything very well I fixed the problem with his help,Jeff thank you so much and keep doing what you're doing.
Although I didn't end up doing business with Jeff, but he went above and beyond for me. I have an old jukebox that belonged to my grandfather and was passed to me. I emailed Jeff asking for a restoration quote and any other information he was willing to offer. He responded in less than 24 hours, gave me several quotes, provided me with information about my jukebox, gave me an assessment on the value of my jukebox... and then told me the restoration cost would be more than the actual worth of the jukebox... That type of transparency and honesty is hard to come by now-a-days. These folks have integrity. Thanks Jeff!
I just purchased a pinball machine from Grand America Jukebox. Jeff is hands down top-notch when it comes to doing business. I'm about 750 miles from GAJ and he went above and beyond sending pics and info about the game and shipping info. Get this... he even personally delivered it to a terminal for shipping?!?! Needless to say, Jeff puts the customer first and it's evident he's passionate about what he does. Thanks, Jeff. We need more folks like you. :)

I had a very good experience with Jeff from Grand American Jukebox. He came out to trouble shoot and fix my 1977 pinball machine. From the moment I called, Jeff started to educate me on my machine. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. He works very quick. He was thorough and knows his stuff. My machine is working and in better shape then it was before he arrived. I really appreciate the time he took to explain how things worked and why he did certain things. Jeff was very upfront about the cost and where it might go if it takes longer to fix. I was happy to pay him and feel his service is a great value for the money. Thank you Jeff for your time and service.
