Our experiences at Jerry's were so pleasant in comparison with other dealerships we had recently visited. All information was given in a straightforward manner and was documented on paper. Alley S. was our salesperson and she was excellent. She was respectful, answered our questions to specifics and was willing to help us in any way possible, and she wore a mask.. We highly recommend Durant and more specifically, Alley S. to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Also, this is the fourth from a Jerry's dealership and have experienced the same services as cited above. The financial manager was respectful and gave us answers to any information concerning the financial portion of this purchase. He has been with Jerry's for many years and knew his \stuff\. Our only concern was, we are seniors and one of the staff in close proximity to us was not wearing a mask. We take Covid19 very seriously as we have lost loved ones due to this pandemic.
