Came out at short notice on the weekend and swiftly found the problem (pinhole in the pipe hidden between joists) while maintaining social distancing and without making a mess. Fees were explained and reasonable. Would use again.

Asked GPH to remove a gas fire, a date was quickly arranged. On the date the fire was removed efficiently with little mess and included disposal. A very professional job at a reasonable price. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I posted a job on Mybuilder site for someone to fit a gas cooker which needed to be done asap. Gary was very responsive and helpful.And gave a price which myself and my daughter thought was reasonable . Very friendly and explained that a gas engineer called Richard would attend to do the job after the cooker delivery. I contacted Gary to inform him of the delivery and he explained Richard had a few jobs to do and told me an approx time he would come. Richard arrived promptly and was a nice guy. Needed a part so he went to store to get it. Was very professional . Gave my daughter details on how to use cooker as first time she has had a gas one. He even tried fitting the safety covers that had been purchased so my young grandson couldn't switch it on unfortunately they turned out not to be suitable. All in all we are very impressed with responses and job done from Grampian Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Would not hesitate to use them again. Cheers guys!

Have now used them over the last two years, excellent advise and service, have had yearly boiler service done also had a leak from the boiler, which Richard sorted even although it was very difficult to get and find where the leak was coming from , would without a doubt recommend this family business
