Booked for 1 hr of Stand up paddle, on the website says they provide all equipement, but they dont. Only minimum necessary like board, life jacket, but no shoes or wet suit. And they dont give you option to hire wetsuit either, so considering it was raining and cold we decided to leave. Customer service wasn't great to deal with issue, just didn't care and gave a refund, but still a lost day.

Came here for a power boating course. Instructors were very knowledgeable and delivered the course efficiently and effectively - would definately reccomend! Top notch service - very happy 10/10 had a great time!
A great water sports centre on the banks of Grafham Water reservoir. The bedrooms, most with en suite bathrooms, are basic but clean and functional. The common areas are clean and comfortable and there is table tennis and music for the evenings. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped and clean. The sports hall with climbing wall and outdoor high ropes are great fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nice views and relaxing.
I loved going here with my old school and i also did peer mentor training along time ago. Accommodation was great and the food and all the activity's on site. I highly recommend going.
