We had the best experience at Grace & Lace. We weren't planning on buying my daughters prom dress until we walked past. We went in with no appointment and Julie was so kind to offer us an appointment. We would also like to thank lovely Loraine for helping my daughter find her prom dress. She can't wait to wear it. To all future Brides wanting to say yes to the dress! I had such a beautiful experience in Grace and Lace in Colchester looking for THE dress. Julie in particular looked after me during my appointment she went above and beyond in finding me my dream dress. Julie has fantastic knowledge , experience with all the dresses I tried on and is very honest which I think is very important. The staff in this shop take into consideration that brides come in all shapes and sizes and no matter what shape your are you WILL find a dress that fits and above all looks stunning too. I found this shop oozed costumer service that was down to earth and really genuine. I can't wait for my dream dress to be delivered and to have more giggles with these lovely ladies! We came to look at bridesmaid dresses. The lady we saw let me try on a few dresses which was nice of her, it was just a shame we weren't able to take a picture of me in them to get the groom's & my mum's opinion. She was really friendly and very helpful.
