Jenny hosted a Gong Bath for our community in Redcliffe and took us on a journey to the cosmos........it was stunning. Everybody experienced something very different and deeply personal, which left its mark on our psyche for a few days after. Peoples sleep improved, moods were uplifted, we felt very nurtured and grounded. It’s an experience you have to have in this lifetime...it’s very very special.

I have been attending Jenny’s Kundalini Yoga and Gong Meditation classes for 18 months now. I can not speak highly enough for the passion Jenny brings to each class. The Grace & Joy Wellness studio has a beautiful energy which enhances the whole experience. I come away from these classes feeling so much lighter in the mind and the body. My anxiety disappears and my quality of sleep improves. I am a sufferer of headaches. A kundalini yoga class fixes that. Do yourself a favor, give yourself some love and come and join the fun.
