I was reluctant to go in there as I’m not a fan in Bangla food but my friends all wanted to go in there and I’m not so fussy do went in there anyway. It was a narrow restaurant with an open kitchen, I could tell it’s a very busy place. The food came out really fast and was good, service was really good as well. My only complaint (which is not the restaurants fault) is in the toilets someone had spat out after chewing paan. That was pretty disgusting, other than that a good experience.
If you like traditional Bangladeshi food just like your Amma used to make, then this is the must visit place in the whole of Brick lane, in fact the whole of East London. Great friendly staff. Good service. And the pictures on the wall are not bad either.
Very tasty mouthwatering food, wasn’t planned lucky saw the waiter, had a beautiful smile and greeted me. Went in with friend and enjoy delicious lamb(Kaachi biriani) most authentic Bangladeshi cuisine I tasted definitely coming back
Fresh authentic traditional sylheti khana, from bortha to deshi roasts, lotti shutki, mas and bhaji to say the least! Highly recommend esp if your a culinary novice chef like me!
