Graham was extremely efficient and helpful. My old laptop had not been updated for years and was running very slowly. He installed a new SSD drive and upgraded all my software as well providing shortcuts for things like backups. I was given an update and was also able to collect the laptop after work on my way home. He spent quite a bit of time with me and was very patient with all my questions. Great service and very reasonable and fair charge.

Honest to god, this gentlemen is one of the loveliest dudes working in computer repairs. I called about a tower pc issue and within 24 hours it was dropped off, fixed and available for pick up even during the lock down. It was a pleasure doing business with Graham and I wish him the best!
