This is a tiny eatery in Gouda, specializing in Indian street food. The owner Ruchi Singh, is from India and every day she prepares different fresh vegetarian and vegan options. Totally authentic, spicy and delicious. I will go through the menu, eating item by item...it's that good. Really.
