Much easier to get parked. Only issue is if you have more than a car load to get rid of with only 1 booking per household per week we are going to end up with more fly tipping. Is there a system we can book more than one appointment per week? Also, having had to hire a van to get rid of rubbish created in house clearance we were told despite there being heavy items to dispose of, they had to be carried by a single person. On arrival we were spoken to in a rude manner by a lady working there because we did not have masks on as we got it off the van, she repeatedly told us that it states on the website we absolutely must wear them but did not give us a chance to actually get them on (and it does not state that on the website). Said staff member was not wearing a mask!

Moaned that l put plaster board in non recyle even though no sign saying not too also wanted 3.00 to put a broken sink in rubble how much more do they want. Only collect one bin from house and pay to take rubbish how much money do Gosport council want to fleece their residents
I think they should keep this scheme going. Plenty of room when parking. In my opinion very good and straight forward to book a slot.
Only booked yesterday, quick and easy. Very efficient system, less than a 5 minute wait for a parking space, and very helpful staff. In my opinion it would be a no-brainer to keep this system up.
Arrived bang on my time slot. The lad checked my car reg and waved me in. Parked right by the bin I needed. Everyone keeping there distance from each other. Very quick and painless procedure. Well done to all the staff.
