From the greeting when entering to the table service, Gosforth Palace was an exceptional experience. The environment was impeccable presented with social distancing blended effortlessly into the overall feel and design. The menu covers all the essential food you would expect from a high end restaurant. Portion size is ample, quality of dishes is excellent and prices, including offers is very reasonable. If your in the area, its worth a visit. Also parking is available over the road for about 40p per hour as most of gosforth is permit parking, so don't just park without paying as you could receive an unpleasant surprise on your return.

Amazing food and wonderful service. The food was prepared to a high standard and there was plenty of choice on the a la carte menu with dishes that one wouldn't find at the usual take away. I also greatly appreciated the service. We were looked after from start to finish. This will be my go-to for Chinese from now on.
Takeaway at new years eve was excellent had duck in plum sauce, ribs, sweet and sour soup steak in a sauce with a jung chow rice
