I know the services are restricted and rushed due to current circumstances but its disgusting when you arrive for your loved ones funeral and the people from the previous one are still there all gathered around shouting and laughing and still doing it during your loved ones service. It is up to the crem staff to ensure that they are dispersed and there is silence and respect. There should be a break between each one. My family and friends found this dreadful especially already grieving terribly. Also the cost is still the same and very expensive

The council needs to limit the amount of stuff on graves and to tidy up more. Far too much stuff encroaching onto paths and over other peoples graves which just looks dreadfully untidy. I understand everybody grieves and remembers differently, but that also works both ways!
They have looked and continue to look after all of my loved ones , it’s a loving place for them to go home , thank you
Thank you to your wonderful staff member who conducted Warwick's service yesterday morning - so dignified, heartfelt and respectful to everyone, especially the elder family members. Can't thank you enough, wish I knew her name xx
What pleasant staff. Thank you Peter for getting back my dad's plaque back safely to me.
Visited on 18th February when toilets especially disabled were obviously not cleaned and smelled awful.
