Amazing customer service by Luqman and the staff at Gordons. I wasn't sure what kind of carpet I wanted but Luqman was very helpful to talk us through the pro's and cons of different types of carpets and he was very knowledgeable. We ended up going for a carpet that he recommended as it ticked all the boxes for our needs. We were kept updated even on the day of delivery and I was given updates as to when I could expect the fitters to turn up. Fitting was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Overall very happy with my experience and a big shout out to Luqman!
