It is apparent that additional workload placed on Gordon's to deliver prescriptions to patients who are required to shield as a result of covid, has not been appropriately resourced or managed. On two recent occasions it has taken 9 days not to deliver prescriptions and only then as a result of telephone chase ups. On both occasions I was advised that \we are busy\ I surmise that deliveries are only made to my area once a week, on a Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday, depending on which member of staff answers the phone. I was advised today that if I did not like this (poor) level of service, I should go elsewhere! It is therefore equally apparent that staff training is also inadequate.

I have used shop to collect my repeat prescriptions for at least last 5yrs. I have been treated like a king by all the staff and chemist Corinna and Linda have gone out their way to help me out with my prescriptions on numerous occasions. All the staff in the shop are polite,helpful and throughly professional in all aspects of their work. I wouldn't use any other chemist.
