A hidden gem. Learned so much about this furniture designer from the furniture itself, which delightfully you are allowed to touch and open, and the excellent 25 minute video. A perfect foil to the Broadcast Museum and Art Gallery down the road. Visit both!
Love a museum that you are invited to touch the displays. Very informative video near the end, worth stopping to watch it. Added value was the gentleman who sold the tickets, he had a true passion of the history that he was willing to share.
Fabulous content for anyone interested in furniture design. Excellent disabled access. Helpful informative staff.
Lovely little museum. It's only small, so don't plan a whole day there, but lots of lovely furniture design. Volunteers working there were great, and we basically ended up with a private tour; they really encouraged our kids to get involved and interested in the pieces on display. Great little place
