Food was good- very generous portion size. Scrambled eggs cooked excellently. Staff were excellent and attentive. Speedy service- so important when you've got a flight to catch. I was in and out (taking ample time to eat) within 20 minutes. Reason for 3 stars would be the rather high prices. Having paid 18.50 for a veggie breakfast and a glance of apple juice (including a 2.50 service charge), one can't help but suspect the place is taking full advantage of the Ramsay brand name.

Came here in the morning and got myself the English Breakfast. The food was great, nothing extraordinary, but my god the price for it is criminal. 14 Is a lot to ask for a simple breakfast.... The 4.50 for Orange Juice is also pretty steep. The service was excellent atleast.

Service is quick. Food is above average. Price is a surprise. Lots of hidden charges on the menu price.

I was ready to pay a lot for a meal at the airport.... I get that. So 13 pounds for an English breakfast wasn't a total surprise. And the food was good, not special, but good. But I was really surprised how little food there was, then they hit us for some random extra charges too? my wife had a piece of bread with 2 eggs for like 9 pounds? I just felt ripped off. Won't be back.

I dined-in on Dec 17, 2020 and ordered the Fish and Chips and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Fish was not deboned and had so many bones. Attached is a picture where you can see the bones sticking out. The sticky toffee pudding was great. However, when the bill came in, I noticed they overcharged me. They charged me for 2 puddings when I ordered one. Since, I noticed and brought it to their attention, they corrected it. However, this should not have happened in the first place. The experience was quite upsetting and disappointing and a stark contrast from my wonderful experience at Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas where we were treated so well. In short, I had an abysmal plate of fish and chips and they tried to cheat me. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
