Geoff and Richard were very attentive with our request to source the diamond that we wanted. They found the perfect stone and then had a lot of patience for the setting choices. They even ordered in different mounts to give us a better idea of the finish. The waiting time for the bespoke ring was 6-8 weeks but we had the finished piece within 3weeks. We will definitely recommend Gordon house jewellers and will be back in the future.

This morning Christmas Eve I went to GordonHouse to only hope the jeweller had the time to fix a very precious necklace, he was so willing to help and repaired it on the spot with no hesitation, it really had made my Christmas 5 star customer service️
