Used a LOT of couriers in London before as a PA but these guys really smash it out of the park. Totally transparent with costs, no hidden charges. Accurate pick up and drop off times. Affordable prices, friendly staff and strong communication from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Very responsive. I needed to book a courier for the next day and I was able to do so easily and rapidly. Even though I did this at like 11pm at night, there was a staff member available to help me chose the right service (do not be like me though, try and book earlier in their working hours). My item arrived perfectly
I have worked for this company as a courier . They are unprofessional and deceivers they lied about how much money they take from drivers , they claim that they take only 20% commission from the self employed drivers but in fact they take from 20% -40% god knows if they take more , you can always download the customer app and register and check the price of any job you are doing or ask the customer if you get a chance mainly long distance jobs as for the round the corner ones they don’t care as much .I’ve asked one of the customers how much is he paying and told me 25 and my earning was 14 so it’s simple equation 25x40%10 . They will refuse to send your weekly statement detailed with Gross earnings and Net . They always send Net so you can’t see your actual earnings. Any other company will send your statement in details and makes it transparent to avoid any conflict . One of the team members told me what we take from the customer is between the company and the customer and he forgot that it’s actually between the diver and the customer and they should only take 20% ,They take advantage over the new drivers and abuse them financially. Not the best to work for as the company has no work ethics and values.
All 3 deliveries I've had have been left right in front of the front door for the whole street to see / easy to nick, despite the fact if the delivery person moved it 2 feet either way it'd be tucked away hidden in the porch
