Amazing! I got the 3 bedroom home (1400/month). With that, we also rented furniture, a washer and dryer, and a refrigerator. They had them all inside the house before we arrived. Wonderful service.

We pay 1400 a month for a very outdated, tiny, depressing home. We have lived here for not quite a year and in that time have had major plumbing issues. There is always some kind of clog in the drains somewhere....once the house flooded due to a shower handle just coming off completely and we couldn't find the turn off valve and nobody answered their emergency phone line. They respond pretty quickly to maintenance calls during the week, the houses just are really old and suck big time. We are looking forward to moving as soon as we can. Also, and I know this sounds crazy, but 3 Houston St has ghosts :)
Great place to live!!! Safe and quiet environment. They are very involved and try their best to stay on top of things. Super friendly staff!!! Love it here! I've had several friends move here and recommend it to others. You can't beat the price for the atmosphere and the schools are AMAZING as well!

I know Balfour Beatty gets some bad rap but I just had the most wonderful call with Dawn! She was so nice and helped answer all my questions. She even double checked on a question I had so that she knew she was giving me the correct answer. I was a little worried about calling because of all the bad reviews of course but this was such an easy and non stressful call! I feel a lot more at ease about our up coming move out.
