It was quiet the day we went but staff friendly. Food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. That was enough for two people and I had difficulty finishing it (it was so nice that I truly did my best!). Would go back again if in the area.

This is our favourite (not so local) local! The bubbly, friendly staff always have a smile. Pete and Daz have really made The George and Dragon a place that you want to come back to (again and again). I would absolutely recommend the Sunday carvery (it gets busy so make sure you book) and the normal menu is amazing too! Throw in a pint, and what more could you ask for!!
