Can see they own E-Decks. We have had a hideous experience with this business and i am about to launch a legal case. Composite decking supposed to last 20 years (advertised at the time on website and have a screenshot of the page incase they change it) warped, mangled, and discoloured in the sun within 2 years. Had to replace all the edging and bought more in efforts to fix it as wasn't getting anywhere with their customer service. I then have contacted their CS team numerous times, numerous emails and each time they put huge brick walls up asking for bloody basically, measure this, do this. Clearly visible in the photos i keep sending them. Clearly, a tactic to brush off a complaint when you ask for 50 things. Someone claimed to be the Manager wasnt helpful either. . Only way is to launch a damages claim. 5k in total down the drain for decking and timbers plus labour. All needs ripped up a few years later. Have pics of the perfect install. All joins etc were perfect but of course they will try to blame the install and not accept that their decking isnt fit for the claims and purpose. Suggest you contact me before this goes further and you have to pay for my legal fees. EDIT - they rang me having a moan about the review, rude woman. Denying my emails and complaints id sent previously. Clearly zero idea of how to deal with a customer and sort out a complaint that isn’t going to go away
