Very good parking... The staff all OK... The problem is the toilet... Not only for the drivers....

visted on 1/12/20 Called in to fuel up in 7.5T lorry tried get fuel at pump on forecourt for cars got called into shop by cashier on till on public address system thought maybe they just want to check fuel card before I fill up with fuel. went into shop told by cashier on till I have to use the separate forecourt for HGV but 7.5T isn't a HGV but according to cashier one of their directors they don't want 7.5T vehicles using car forecourt I said why don't they put a sign up cars and vans only 7.5T lorries must use pumps on HGV forecourt First time visiting a garage that I have had this problem and some I get fuel from the forecourts are a lot smaller

stopped here 8/10/20 toilets absolutely a disgrace ferrybridge up the road 5 star compared to these here, and they have the cheek to go on about hygiene and face masks!! Sort it out.

Owner is a stobart hater all because they don't go there for fuel. I was approached by manager and told not to come again....trust me I won't with the attitude he came at me with. Poor subway staff too, the old lady is that deaf she gets orders wrong constantly and is very abrupt when challenging her mistakes.

Just had a sausage sandwich from the food warmer asked at food counter as like it fresh was told put some in warmer 10 mins ago. Sure it was a cooler was hardly warm at all
