Very happy with the service received from everyone at RideNow Powersports Goodyear. Ronnie in the service department was great to work with. They gave our machine a thorough check and found the reason it was bogging out at lower speeds. Turnaround time was excellent (3 days). Highly recommend!

I have wanted a CAN-AM Spyder for several years. I was always putting off shopping for one due to priority life choices. On a whim, my wife and I decided to visit the RIDENOW in Goodyear to look and maybe ask questions. I always hesitate to go into a store because of feeling pressured into a buying situation. I understand the reason, but it usually drives me away, irritated. The sales staff greeted us as we entered, but I could tell the store was humming. There were people everywhere, and the sales staff were zipping around working with, it appeared, with multiple customers at a time. Fifteen minutes in, my wife and I looked over the CAN-AM Ryker. We were asked by Brandon, a sales associate, if there were any questions or if we needed anything. I saw that he was already working with someone, but he took the time to make sure we were cared for. I asked a few questions and told him when he gets time to come back and see what options we had to purchase. He took off and, after about 10 minutes, came back to us and had a few different options available but, at the time, wasn't what we could do. Brandon gave me his card, and we went out the door. No pressure or frustrations. A few weeks later, I called Brandon to see if anything changed, and he said there was. We worked the deal over the phone, and within minutes, we came to an agreement. I came in on the weekend and found Brandon, who instantly began working with finance and sales to ensure everything was in order. Service checks and a detailed walk-around, and I was out the door on something I thought I'd never own. Thank you, Brandon, for the excellent customer service. Also, the personable and professional staff. That alone made the buying experience all the better.

We are from out of state and had issues with our side-by-side while riding in Quartzsite. When we called RideNow Powersports Goodyear, Ronnie in the service department provided great customer service on the phone. He said if we wanted to bring our machine over they would be able to check it out in about 4-5 days. We took it over and received great customer service from Ronnie and the other service department person. Their shop is big and very nice and looked well staffed. I liked the fact too, that our machine is in a locked area. So, 5 Stars for now!!!

Bought a new scooter at Ridenow Goodyear. Got a great deal and very happy about the purchase. Art the sales associate was professional and friendly too. Service department could of known more about the scooter operations at final check out. Overall good experience though.
