I called to ask to speak to Ana (the Manager). The gal who answered the phone asked me why I wanted to talk with Ana. I said I'm a Member and had a suggestion concerning their operations. The gal said, \A suggestion? What do you mean?\. I said I had a suggestion and wanted to talk to Ana. She said, \Hold on!\ and put me on hold. Then I was disconnected. I called back and a guy answered, and I again asked for Ana. He said Ana was in a meeting. So I left my name & number, but Ana never called back. Pretty poor communication & \client service\.

The cleanliness of the gym is not what it should be, especially because there are so many people using the equipment. There are sweat stains all over the equipment and flooring. It's extremely off putting. This rating in no way reflects the staff. They are always friendly. They just need to do a better job on cleaning more thoroughly. Love that this location isn't as busy as other locations.

I loved the experience I had working out at Eos, the staff was especially great! A nice gentleman named Travis helped a friend and I out while lifting, he was extremely friendly, encouraging and respectful. I enjoy being in an environment where employees are happy to help, and that’s exactly how Travis made me feel!!

EOS Fitness was a fantastic gym! From the start I was welcomed by Travis and Edith. Such great workers with high energy, made the visit great from the start!! While working out employees were out sanitizing and checking to make sure masks were properly worn. I definitely felt like my safety was important to them along with my happiness. loved it!

I love this location! Its a big spot with a ton of equipment. The staff here keeps the place clean. The front desk is always friendly Enrique and Arely are always willing to help!
