I just visited your location And I've been coming here for years before you even got your franchise I'm the guy that asked you to order Italian dressing packets for sandwiches and you did I appreciate, that I went into The store Today And was given a hard time about me not wearing a mask..... I have respiratory issues medical reasons why I cannot wear a mask Told me that I had to leave the shop and phone in my order and they would bring it out to my car to me I am being discriminated against Because of my medical condition I will not come back to your store because of the way I was treated I asked him to treat me like they did everybody else They are discriminating against me Sad because I really like your sandwiches

The 2 ladies that worked there are just the rudest and laziest workers I have ever seen. We was going to spend so much more then what we did. Both ladies kept rolling their eyes at everything. *update The owner fixed the wrong and the lady made sure we got what we wanted the way we wanted it. There was not eye rolling this time and she apologized. The BEST sandwiches ever
Went there for the first time today. I had a Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and it was utterly delicious. The chicken was real grilled chicken. Not a lunch meat chicken. The girls working there were not pleasant but they were not rude either. They both seemed like a couple of ladies who put up with rude customers all day. When I was pleasant to them they were more than pleasant to me. The prices range the same as any good sandwich shop. So about 10 and more a sandwich. But what a good sandwich! Place is clean. Cannot wait to go back and try some of their other items and see if I am pleasantly surprised like I was today.
This place makes the best sub sandwiches in Phoenix and the best meatball sandwich I've had so far in the U.S.
Good food. Hearty. The decor was cute. The staff were very helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the ingredients. Recommended good combinations. The tots were vegetarian and went amazingly well with the simple tomato ketchup. Good deals all day of the week; especially Sunday. Give it a try if you are a fan of sub.
