I went to Good Mortgage Solutions as I saw someone singing their praises online - and now I know why! From the moment I spoke to Chris, I knew I was in great hands. Chris went above and beyond for me - speaking to various people on my behalf, doing lots of chasing and completing endless forms and paperwork. The whole process seemed really daunting to me and I wasn't getting anywhere before I called them. Chris and the team and GMS did everything for me and kept me informed every step of the way. I feel certain that if it hadn't have been for them that we wouldn't have ended up moving. I can't recommend them highly enough - a truly fantastic service from start to finish.

I had considered re-mortgaging for a while, but in all honesty I was afraid to take the plunge. I spoke to Paul (and later Chris) and the whole process was explained to me, step by step. There was no pressure put on me to go ahead with anything, but I am SO glad that I did. There was always someone extremely helpful at the other end of the phone to answer my questions and I got regular updates from start to finish. I would highly recommend Good Mortgage Solutions.
