Normally good quality. After not being able to get through for 45 mins as they stated they had purposely left the phone off the hook (due to being busy). I got told I could try somewhere else after popping in as they are busy on the weekends. Anyway, I ordered Singapore noodles, k## ## chicken and BBQ ribs. The noodles were overly soggy - tasted like yesterday's noodles and the chicken tastes undercooked and not like I've had previously. Big shame I had been coming here for years. I dropped the food back off (half eaten as the kids ate before I got a chance to try it.) The lady was only bothered to say it's already half eaten.i stated I don't want my money back, here's your food! Couldn't be bothered to argue as they had already taken enough of my time up! First waiting on the phone for 45minutes and then popping in 3 times!. Poor customer service and should have offered a full refund to a valuable customer not be concerned about 15.
