I went in looking for a new driver shaft and 3 wood, the staff was patient and very helpful, they made several recommendations that saved me money. I have played with the clubs for a week now and they are great. In the end the staff at this location are fantastic. 2 hdcp.

This is the best Golfsmith by far. All the employees are really helpful even to someone like me who is fairly new at golf. The managers are fantastic as are all the other people who work at this location. I have 3 Golfsmiths near me and will choose to drive further to this one for the customer service.

What is it with people complaining that they stood there waiting to be helped? If you need something ask! I hate stores that pressure you all the time. I asked for help finding a driver, told them how I played, he watched me take a few swings. We found a great fit for me, cheaper than the one I was looking at. Then I spent forever looking at putters, didn't want to be bothered and wasn't, ended up getting a new putter as well. Very good experience and nice selection.

This store seems to need better help, I went to buy my irons, hard for me to find some help and when I paid for it one of employ name Cody? she was just unkind, It would've been better experience, she did not say anything and almost throwing the receipt at me...I don't think I want to go back there....
