I recently bought an “almost” new 2018 Ford Escape. I paid a little more than I wanted. However, I did get a very reasonable price compared to the Kelly Blue Book value and similar vehicles for sale in the area. And they gave me the CPO (certified pre-owned) status for ½ the “regular” price. Before I visited, I did some online research on small SUVs and saw this red Escape. When I first showed up to look at it, the vehicle was “missing.” Basically, somebody had parked it in a different spot. The building is very clean and spacious. After a few minutes, I was looking at the Escape and test drove it with the sales person. My sales person, Bergen, was very friendly and helpful. She answered every question and if she didn’t know something, she would ask somebody else. After talking, I realized that she used to work at the Vet office that I take my dogs to! After the test drive the “manager” talked to me. I told him that I would need to think about this for little while because this is a lot of money to be spending. Without being pushy, he handed me the keys and told me to enjoy for the Escape for the afternoon. I took my dogs to the park. They enjoyed the ride. Of course, I totally enjoyed the Escape. So, I ended up buying it. They cleaned it, finished the CPO inspection, filled it with gas and completed all the paperwork in the same day. I paid a higher interest rate than I wanted. But the finance guy recommended that I wait a couple of months and just refinance with my bank if they give me cheaper rates. He talked me into paying extra to extend the CPO warranty without clearly explaining the cost. (my only minor complaint). I can cancel it, if I desire though. Bottom line is I definitely recommend buying a new/ used vehicle from Deacon Jones!

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff Hill at Deacon Jones Ford. I had a Ford Super Duty built from the ground up for a large LQ Horse trailer. Jeff helped me design it and followed the build from start to finish. Though I live on the opposite side of the country I will definitely be using Jeff at Deacon Jones Ford for my next purchase.

These guys and gals are top notch. They will do everything they can to earn your business. They are a dealership that is small enough to know your name but large enough to meet your needs. Every time I come in they all remember me by name. The Sales Manager Zan Evans was an absolute joy to deal with. It is refreshing the transparency and honesty this dealership gives you compared to most these days. 12/10 would recommend to all my family and friends.
