I ordered fish and chips with a gherkin. It was served up perfectly apart from my gherkin. Hardly the end of the world. When they remembered, a young lady came looking for me. Very nice people. Much appreciated.

We were in Shoreham by Sea for a day out. Our dog had never seen the seaside and after all the excitement, we were so hungry and decided to have Cod and Chips for lunch. Goldie's was most definitely a a very good choice. The owner was friendly and welcoming and he cooked us a Delicious and Fresh Cod and Chips. We honestly enjoyed it so much hence deciding to write a post about our experience in this place. The Fish tasted Fresh and the batter was lovely and Crispy. Our dog was happy too..... We shall be visiting again soon.!!!! Same again please....
What a lovely guy that josh is his cooking skills are spot on lovely fish and chips but the best part of the meal was his very large sausage his sausage was massive
Lovely staff , the manager is great even though he does support Brighton. They have fantastic chips!
First time experience, questioned whether cod was a large and was told yes, smallest large cod I’ve ever seen. Chips were nice but again a large portion was a normal regular anywhere else. Trying to improve margins by reducing sizes. Won’t be returning or recommending, we’re all still hungry. Would avoid. We were hoping for a nice fish and chip supper on the beach, oh well.
