Great staff! They are sweet and caring. They clean every communal area after ever use. Lots of changing rooms, but a shortage of bathrooms and shower (4 total).

Amazing. From the first day that my daughter was a little trepidatious about getting in the water, the staff went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable and got her inside in just a few minutes and she has been loving it ever since. Her teacher Chris is so patient and great and the class sizes are small. Not to mention the warm pool makes the kids happy to go in the water even in the winter. And it's such an open clean space it makes it less stressful during these times. Can't say enough great things.

We tried several swimming classes in NYC and this is by far the best one. The facility is very clean and pleasant and the pool as large and spacious enough for all the kids. Every thing was well thought of and organized. On a more personal note, my son is a bit hesitant about swimming without me or his father and the entire team was extremely patient, kind and supportive of him throughout the entire class to the point where he even agreed to swim with the instructor several times. I highly recommend!

Beautiful facility!! Front desk is always super accommodating whenever we have needed to adjust lesson times. We feel covid safe and the teachers are great with little kids. Our 2 toddlers 3 years and 18 months look forward to class every week. Highly recommend!!

My children love this place! They have learned more here than in other swimming facilities. The facility is always clean and disinfected on the spot. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Lovely experience.
