Mike and the service department were absolutely amazing! They took extremely great care of me and my vehicle. I was waiting on a part for my truck that they had rushed to install in my work truck so they were able to keep me up and running! I’ll be returning for anything else that may come up in the future

Was looking for a truck and was greeted by Jack Johnson when I arrived to the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn’t pressured whatsoever. It is always a very pleasant experience with Lupient! They do an amazing job, are quick and very friendly. I was even able to meet the GM (Tim). Who was a great guy. I purchased my car here 3 years ago, and have been coming here for most of my car maintenance since. Most of the time it seemed they took good care of me. Labor / servicing costs are a bit pricier than others but this is to be expected at a dealership where I would hope the quality of the service is higher and more trustworthy. Today I brought my car in for an oil change and a 5,000 mile maintenance. I was told that the brake fluid also needed flushing, which I agreed to proceed with. At payment, I brought out a coupon from Lupient that they send out regularly. For 200 cost, I was supposed to get 20 off. Well Erik, the service advisor helping me, acknowledged the coupon and that he was going to take 10 off. I asked about 20 as the coupon clearly stated, and after a couple exchanges back and forth and some reluctance on his part, he agreed to 20 off. I signed the papers, trusting that he took 20 off. It wasn't until after I left that I read the receipt and realized he only took 10 off, and more than that the price he stated after supposedly taking 10 off was the original price (no coupon applied). 10 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, more so feeling very disappointed in the dishonesty and bad attitude. Will be going elsewhere.
