My husband got several things from here to try. We really liked the cream puffs, cheesecake pastry and green tea cake. We didn't really care for the bean paste steam buns and the pork/mushroom buns were so-so. I usually really love bean paste buns, but I thought the bread was a bit too dry. Oh, also the pork/mushroom buns are best if warmed up.

Amazing cakes, and wonderful people. I get my birthday cake here every year, despite loving an hour away. There's no other cake like their Fresh Strawberry cake!
Terrible customer service. I called and greeted good morning. A female server picked up the phone. She was rude and interrupted me several times when I was placing an order. She would not listen to my questions except interrupting me by saying they don't make the cake I was asking about. I went with something they make and wanted to ask about more questions about the cake. As I tried to ask, she interrupted me again by saying \I already told you we don't make it. so what do you want to do\. I told her she was rude and didn't even listen to my question. She replied again by \I already told you we don't make it. what do you want to do\. I wasn't even asking if they make the cake! After a couple of exchanges, I said ever mind the order\. I have been going to many different Asian bakeries, this one is similar to others, not outstanding. I go there because of the long standing history. But now I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I will go to Japanese belle bakery. They offer better customer service and cake!
The rudest lady I have ever talked to. Was asking her of different options of cake and she was really snappy, no smile, she just seemed annoyed the moment we walked in. She was being so unhelpful and just awful awful customer service. Not supporting business who is so unwilling to help the customer. (Checkout Belle's bread great customer as also really good cake)
Loved it! A small quaint place. Went to visit my working friend & ended up buying a small cake for my family too. They even put a little ‘happy easter’ sign on it. Great service and good yummy selections!
