Had a great Sunday lunch here! Its rare to find somewhere that serves a vegatarian sunday roast option. The nut roast was one of the best I've ever had and they have a great variety of vegatarian and vegan options available so will be deffinatly be going again. Great atmosphere and very reasonable value. Highly recommend.
Booked in for a Boxing Day meal for two people. Having visited when it was under previous management we hoped that it had maintained its high standards and we weren’t disappointed. Served an excellent, piping hot meal which was home cooked and tasted delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff who made every effort to make us welcome, especially Nicola. Thank you for making our meal special. We will definitely be visiting again.
Nice atmosphere and lovely food. It was very busy (last day of 50% off) so the staff were all rushing round and a couple of dishes got dropped! The staff were very apolgetic and it was veryentertaining but not very professional. Will definitely be back
Booked for a midweek lunchtime, and glad we did as the place was quite busy. A nice welcome and shown to a lovely area opposite the fireplace. I'd heard the food was good but never expected it to be this good. My wife chose the Vegetable Wellington, and it looked so impressive that it brought approval from nearby diners. That doesn't often happen with Veggie dishes. Apparently it lived up to it's appearance and was delicious. I had the steak and mushroom pie...again a sizeable portion which was absolutely first class. Don't miss out on this place...we loved it.
