You can't beat a good Fish & Chips, am I right? And this place makes a great one! A golden crispy batter, not soggy or soaked in grease, with a chunky piece of cod having a nice, solid consistency... and a mountain of delicious chips. Really hits the spot. One of the best Fish & Chips around, by far (and the huge battered sausages are definitely worth trying, as well!).
Excellent fish and chips, served by really friendly staff. Makes life so much easier being able to pay with a card, rather than cash. Their large portion of chips will easily feed three people, and that’s not stinting on size either. Lunchtime specials are great value! Happy to recommend this establishment any day.
This is our local regular fish and chip shop excellent quality food well prepared and served run by the proprietor. Highly recommended
Food was so good, and portion size big so we are a bit more than we should.
