Ended up with not full order. When called up to say I wanted a refund. They told me no said I wasn't happy with the food. The quantity was poor. Basically got laughed at and told nm refund. My order was incorrect as well. My fault as wel. Never again
You get so much food for what you pay for! The best Chinese in Banbury by far!!
The food is very good
I ordered food for myself and three children. The driver called about 35 mins later asking directions. I gave full post code and sent him full details. He than called another 30 mins later, he then sent a what’s app of his location showing he was 3 mins away. 20 min later take away called. Needless to say we never got food. An apology that was it not a please come in, get a free meal. Just sorry he’s new I can’t understand him. Do not use if you want to eat. Will Bloxham
