Mary really cares - where her meat comes from, sourcing and buying from local farms. She has increased the number of home cooked meals, pies etc. By far the best butcher in the Borders.

fantastic meat, no need to worry about factory farming here. Haggis sausages are delicious! Scotch pies very good. Bone for the dog..no problem it seems.

Bought leek and apricot sausages from the organic Store, Penicuik and they were delicious. We might have to make a trip here every Friday !
