This gourmet burger chain imported from Spain works best when it sticks to what it knows. I ordered fried cheese sticks as an appetizer, an alcohol-free daiquiri (a version with rum is avaliable) and a Kevin Bacon cheeseburger. (I also ordered a Coke Zero but canceled it because the daiquiri was more than enough.) First disappointment, the starter arrived with the main course. Then, not only were the cheese sticks undercooked and reheated, they'd originally been fried in the same oil as fish because there was definitely an unpleasant aftertaste. Not to mention my fries were also cold. The saving grace of the meal was the burger, which truly was delicious. The bun was tender, the meat was good, the ingredients mixed well without being overpowering... A very tasty burger for 15. The daiquiri was like a smoothie, the service was efficient, friendly and responsive and the burger was very good, so if you go, stick with what they know (burgers) and don't let your eyes wander...
