Extremely disappointed! On Google it states store opens at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm, sat outside no sign of the shop opening. Rang the store number no answer. I've travelled all the way from Bournville especially for school uniform. I've also rang the Oldbury store again no answer. The sign in the shop window states the store will open at 1pm. Your voice message states you will be open between 1-5pm. The time now is 1.45pm and the shop is still not open!

Still going strong and will always be the best place for parents to buy school uniform where other places do not stock
Just went to buy my sons school uniform I was very impressed with the social distancing inside the shop. Also had absolute fantastic Customer service from one of the young lads in there. What I thought was going to be a manic shopping trip turned out to be very pleasant. Thank you.
Absolutely poor service. I appreciate they were busy as it was the school uniform season but the attitude of the staff was appalling. They didn’t have what we needed but they just absolutely refused to guide us where to buy, especially since when our daughter went to school they were the official stockist for Sutton Girls. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and told us they can’t help. A complete change from when we initially bought the uniform where they were helpful and thoughtful in their customer service. I would avoid them from now on.
