Extremely great customer service! We have booked in advance this hotel, but due to system error, our booking was a double booking and the hotel was full. The manager on duty was helpful and immediately called few hotels for us to find an alternative accommodation. He even walked us there in the end! Even though we haven't stayed here in the end, but the customer service is world class!

The staff and the atmosphere at the hotel and the brasserie are great! Good breakfast and drinks. The only observation I make is that I missed some handy amenities like body lotion and conditioner. Don't forget booking the spa! - it's worth a visit!
Wonderful service, my wife got very ill on the morning of our checkout and they let us move into another room for several hours while she recovered and only charged us a small cleaning fee for using one of their rooms so much longer. Greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the rooms were modern and beautiful. The brasserie was quite tasty as well.
The food was really good. I had a sandwich with carpaccio which I really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed it and can recomend it.

I enjoy the food, drinks and decoration at Katoen. It's a pretty laid back location, though somewhat upscale. Nice, if that's your thing! They could add some more variety to their menu, though. Staff can be a bit slow, but I feel like it has been getting better.
Delicious food, great ambiance, acoustics, vegetarian options and hospitality. Detail review: FOOD The menu has a good variety and also includes very good Chefs day choice options. The taste was brilliant, portions were good and that cheesecake was way too delicious! PERSONNEL Friendly personel, welcoming and funny. Although the food is served in a chique presentation, the place is not stiff thanks to the nice personnel. AMBBIANCE The restaurant is very well designed, with a view on the old cotton plaza, back in the day used to bleach cotton. The place has very nice acoustic-panels in the ceiling, which really supported a good conversation. OTHER Although the plastic sugar package saying '100% katoen' is funny, actual cotton or paper would have really been a cool business card. Thanks and I'll be back!
