EDIT2: 10 working days after I cancelled my second order and I have not received my refund yet. When I called customer service, they told they had not processed my refund at all and that now I have to wait another 7 working days to get my money back (in total it is going to be like 1 month with the money blocked by Bax-shop). They told that they could not do anything else about it. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY HERE. EDIT1: Finally I have cancelled my order. Never again! Definitely the worst customer service that you can find. I ordered a Manuel Rodriguez spanish guitar that was not in stock and they promised that it would come in 3 weeks. They delivered it on time, but the guitar was broken without any signs of damage in the package or the guitars box. I tried to contact the customer service by phone and a recording just told that the waiting time was more than 30 minutes and hung the phone. I wrote by WhatsApp and I did not receive any apology or explanation until the next morning. I asked if they could send me a replacement and, internally, give me a voucher for the price difference of the guitar (given that the price changed during the delivery) and they told me to follow the standard procedure for returns. I requested a refund (and took my broken guitar to the DHL pickup point ) and I ordered a new guitar (this time with an estimated delivery time of 4 days in their website). Now I am still waiting for my money from the first guitar and for the second guitar to arrive. I contacted customer service by WhatsApp and they told that it will take additional 3 weeks to arrive. The guitar was a present for my wifes 30th birthday and it will not be here on time anymore, so I am seriously considering to cancel the order and just move on.

Wrong price at website, canceling orders, no explanations, even if you do everything according to terms. Better chose difference store

My order was lost in transit and it took them two weeks to acknowledge the fact. The worst thing however, is they're not contactable - they don't reply to emails or answer the UK number. Things do go wrong from time to time and without any means of communications you're just left alone with your frustration. I'll never, ever use them again and suggest you don't either. Save yourself from trouble and steer clear of these cowboys.

I wish I had read the reviews before the payment! I have never had such a bad online shopping experience. Not only they could not deliver my order, but they did not refund me after order cancellation. It’s rarely such a bad customer service in the netherlands. Never again!

I ordered from this website and received an email saying they could not take payment. I rang the customer services to be told they couldn’t take my payment and that it will be refunded. My payment HAS been taken out of my account and now I have been scammed out of 156. I have emailed twice with no reply. They have ruined Christmas for me and the recipient of the order. PLEASE AVOID. Reply: I don’t have Facebook! I have emailed you and messaged you on the website and you continue to ignore me! Why can’t you messaged me back by your own means of contact!? When I call I’m put on hold and it’s so obvious that the person on the other end of the phone hasn’t spoken to anyone about the matter because they just come back with the same lies! I’m furious my money was taken when you had no intent to send the item and now I don’t even want the item I just want my money back! I am pregnant and this has caused me a great deal of stress! DISGUSTING!

I cancelled my first order for a piano and haven't received any information on when my money will be transferred back. I spoke to at least 3 different people at customer service who gave me vague answers on the phone. None of my emails has been answered. I also ordered a new piano, which has now been shipped to Rotterdam for some reason, instead of my delivery address in Amsterdam. Customer service then asked me if I can pick it up in Rotterdam - this is ridiculous. Still waiting to get a confirmation, by when I will receive the new piano at my address, as I already paid for the total amount and delivery service.
