I've been bringing my pets to this Vet Surgery for over 30 years. I would never go anywhere else and recommend the practice to everyone. From the 90s with the late, great Patrick as Vet to the present day with the wonderful Angel as the Vet, care, treatment and knowledge are exceptional. My pets are treated as individuals and shown affection and love by every member of staff. The Reception staff and Vet Nurses are also excellent. Special mention also to Dani the Vet who was kind and caring when my dog was unwell. Most recently I brought my hamster for treatment and Angel treated her as a VIP, just like he does with all animals. I'm also impressed that the surgery is Covid safe and the high standards of care and treatment still remain. Thank you Goddard Plaistow for all you have done for us, you are all amazing!

The team at Goddard Vets Plaistow are fantastic! We got our puppy in summer last year and the whole signing up process was simple and easy. The staff are helpful on the phone or in person and the receptionists are always able to offer non urgent advice for our dog when he’s a bit poorly, but doesn’t need to go see the vet. They are able to get appoints fairly quickly and will call you if cancellations happen throughout the day, which is great when you live near. The vets give amazing care, instructions and advice and we have had no problems with anything so far. The team clearly love what they do, enjoy being round animals and I would recommend this practise to anyone with a pet in the area! Jerry our dog is scrambling to get into the practise whenever we walk past!
I would like to thank all the staff here for always taking extra special care for our dog and always being helpful and with a smile on their face. Our dog, Ivy, is the happiest puppy and she has been always treated like royalty when visiting the veterinary clinic. We highly recommend this place, very professional and friendly staff, the doctor is amazing and you can see his love and devotion towards animals.
