Absolutely disgusting place - sent 500 to buy some play equipment, asked them to hold onto the equipment for a bit longer for us, they said no which we completely understood but arranged to travel up on date they had agreed with then blocked us and refuses refund. Bank cannot refund due to go wild bank account having no money in it so we loose 500. Do not trust this company, they completely scammed us!!

My four year old loves it here. It's not too busy and the role play section Is great and well run. The staff are kind and helpful. Only criticisms are no healthy foods on the menu and the toilets are really dirty.

Priced right. Friendly atmosphere. Food good. Clean. Role play area very well presented. My granddaughter loves this soft play. Big well done Go wild.

Came with the family and was thoroughly disappointed. Sure, the soft play structure was nice and appeared well kept but with staff who mess up orders, show attitude to customers (not us, but another family) and have untidy areas in a place for CHILDREN, this place should be avoided. Let's take the men's toilets first of all. Rusted taps, a main door that doesn't close properly, a SEVERELY dust covered vent. It's DISGUSTING. Food was unpleasant, macaroni was like rubber, chips were cold. Coffee tasted like warm coffee scented milk. 1.40 for a 330ml can of juice. Take your money elsewhere. Go to Wonderworld, or Soccerworld, or well, anywhere bloody else. Will. Not. Be. Back.
