I bought a new mountain bike the other day , a calibre saw bike , my first new bike for years I was served by Ryan who happened to be the assistant store manager , he was absolutely brilliant, he knew his stuff and advised me well , customer service at its best , which is what we all need in the very challenging times we are facing at this moment in time . The bike is fantastic, well done Ryan and go outdoors Bedford .

What else can I say apart from this place has always been fantastic. Great value and brilliant staff members. Yes you have some high price items but remember what type of shop it is.
A magnificent team of radiant, obliging and knowledgeable individuals working together with such seamless synergy; an absolute pleasure of multiple shopping experiences, and they have EVERYTHING! Every outdoor enthusiast is catered to, and a newbie backpacker like me is in absolute heaven! For the pleasure and convenience of shopping here, and the discovery of items of such quality and value, I say thank you Go Outdoors and your interstellar team of intrepid exhibitors!
Good store. Lots of kit. Check that big ticket items for price match though as some prices higher than other outlets
