Quite disgruntled that the price on a peg for a coat was 20, but was charged 60 unless I also purchased a subscription. No mention at the checkout about the price difference until I checked the receipt. Store was otherwise fine.

Great staff, really helpful. Got me hooked up with what I needed. Good practical advice. Good range of products too!
We forgot we could take our dog in. She sat patiently in the car. They were very efficient as usual. Well worth a visit.
A wonderful shop for people who like the outdoor way of life. I buy my walking boots, camping gadgets etc.. in here and really like being able to look at products before I buy. A bit short on stock at the moment due to lockdown delivery problems. You can take your dogs in too
I am yet to receive any form of compensation from the Colchester store. I have contacted the customer service team several times and nobody has been any help. I placed my bike for the 3rd time the 2 times before that I had no issues what so ever they seemed to have a staff change in that store a lot to get tires repaired I tried to collect it on several occasions but they now can’t seem to find my bike. I believe one the members of staff has stolen it as he was pretty rude to me over the phone. A bike doesn’t just go missing. This is the stores fault and they just seem to be dragging on the situation to avoid me. Just pay me what I am owed! I have also emailed the CEO of go outdoors and spoken to police too and it is indeed a crime that’s taken place and compensation is due.
