I am absolutely delighted with my Novamobili Wardrobe! After recently refurbishing my bedroom, I was in need of a wardrobe that could fill a long stretch of wall. The ceilings are relatively low, so trying to find a high quality product that could also be quite low was proving to be quite challenging. However, after coming across Go Modern I was amazed at the wide selection they had on offer. The team in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful. They were very attentive to what I needed and suggested the most suitable layout for the inside. I never felt pressured by the staff like I have in other companies which really gave me that extra boost of confidence that these were the right guys to deal with. I placed the order and after 8 weeks the wardrobe arrived. Their assembly team booked me in the following week and took great care when entering my property and assembled it to perfection - They are obviously very experienced with handling these brands. Honestly, the quality has far surpassed my expectations and was certainly worth the wait for a high end, Italian brand! I would certainly recommend Go Modern to my friends and family and will be in touch for future orders. Thank you.

Worst customer service possible, I ordered Jesse Wardrobes from them around 7 years ago now and the experience then was also bad but I recently had to deal with them again for an adjustment to one of the wardrobes. Incompetent sales people, total lack of customer service, in the end i got my money refunded for the majority of the order because after a couple of months they couldn't work out how to fulfil it. I now have new drawers in my wardrobe that catch the door when they are opened, missing a rack, and one hinge is hanging off. Highly recommend not to deal with them

A wonderful gem of a shop in Chelsea selling excellent quality Italian products. I was impressed with their service throughout. I found them by scouring the internet for a wardrobe for our dressing room. They were by far the best option to go with. I popped down to their showroom on the King’s Road and was greeted by a team of warm and charming staff. They were extremely patient with my indecisiveness and talked me through all the different options I could have. They really took into account our needs and ensured that the design was perfect for us. They were very prompt with sending us the designs through. After deciding on the final design, the lead time was worth waiting for as the quality of the product that they delivered is superb! The fitters were very polite and took their shoes off without prompting and they were extremely careful carrying all the parts up and putting the wardrobe together. They were very particular with their work and spent ages just adjusting the hidden feet to ensure that it was perfectly level. We are very happy with the wardrobe; it feels so solid and durable and looks stunning. We have had many compliments about the piece and friends are always asking where it is from. Looking forward to using this company again. Thanks for all your help.
